Worst developers/tech support ever
I will start by admitting that the game is fun to play. But this is overshadowed by poor tech support and updates that do more damage than good to the game.
In the time Ive been playing Ive encountered these major issues:
An update that caused every player to lose every fleet that was in the air (it took weeks to get back our fleets, and most people (myself included) only got a fraction of what they had back).
I purchased a galaxy chest in game with credits (which are bought with real $ or earned through special offers), and ended up waiting a week to receive it. And then it was empty. The developers essentially robbed me of my credits. after countless emails they refused to do anything to fix the situation.
The one thing they did do after those emails was send mods after me in game to harass me (literally the day I threatened to contact apple) Granted my planet names were against the tos, but I had them for over a year with countless exchanges with tech support, and other mods with no issues.
Since I changed my planet names (before the update to gee) I had had no contact with any mods. Then two weeks ago without warning or explanation I was banned from the game.
Now, two weeks later, I have sent multiple emails to their tech support (at least one a day for the first week) asking for an explanation and still havent gotten a response! Again 2 weeks without being told why I was banned without warning! Absolutely the worst tech support ever!
