I got really far I played for about a year then I was offline for 23 days and now it says "insert username and password again" Im guessing they removed it so I no longer want to play.

Im about to quit the game and delete it for ever. Iv been playing over a year so iv seen the bugs come and go except for one. randomly not being able to access the game, a major problem when you need to maintain a certain level of activity or put yourself at great risk of loosing a year and a half of work. Everyone else is right who left bad reviews. The support is non resistant. When you report a problem they want you to send screen shots of things that couldnt help them fix your problem. Like loosing resources randomly. Bugs alerting you to attacks or spys. The prices for items in the game are outrageous.

The game is a good concept however the company is horrible. Support is nonexistent and there are bugs which cause you to lose fleet but when you mail support no response or progress. They have done this to me many times. I was too 30 2 times and both times was wiped due to bugs of not showing attacks. This game is horrible all around me and my alliance are quitting and have refunded over 5000 dollars from these dirty cheaters

The game is pretty addicting and fun. However, the micro transactions are very off putting. A majority of words are censored as well such as "triangle." Expect to get your account deleted if you use one of these words.

If you dont have time? It doesnt matter, buy some credit. If you cannot fight against and win with others, buy some credit. If you dont want to buy their credit? Sorry, you absolutely will wast your time for this game and everyone who pay for this game will beat you like a noob.

Worthless, not worth ones time. Set up to favor mega-fleets, and the small fleet is left behind. I wonder if tap has ever heard the saying. "If it works, dont fix it".

Due to the recent update I cant play on my iPad. Gives me a server update failure constantly.

Please make it that you can send your friends anything from your capsule all you need is their server name and they dont have to be on your alliance and this game would be number one on my list, please and thank you :)

Unfortunately the developers only care about money. An account owner was locked out over two days. Numerous emails have been sent to tap requesting password reset and we still have no response. Just poor customer service upon everything else.

This is an EXTREMELY amazing game.I only had to send 1 email when there was a problem,and I received support in 2 days!Fast!But on one server I was banned for sticking up for someone as the main mod was terribly corrupt.

Biggest problem with this company is that they keep adding features and not fixing the problems. Theres so many small tiny fixes that will bring this game back to playable but they keep overlooking details. When showing numbers use commas IE 1,234,122 Please change your font so with monospaced and each letter is equally spaced apart. For a long time now the pop-up notifications and badge icons do not work

Ever scince the new update, the game cant be played. I had over 3million power, and had a moon on one of my planets, and you had to trash it all. Thanks a lot, tap!

PLEASE fix this ASAP. Every time I try to log in I get a pop-up that says "Ctechtree" and the game wont continue to update. I have re-launched and re-downloaded the app several times and I get the same error. Please fix ASAP

What happened to the lunar catalysts gone and need to fix a universe of bugs also there needs to be a way to earn credits
